Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients. Administer prescribed medications and treatments. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams for comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families about health management strategies. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and accurate patient records. Promote best practices in health and safety. Work autonomously and demonstrate initiative. Must hold a valid NMC Pin and relevant UK nursing experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
