At New Reflexions, we’re looking for an experienced Registered Home Manager to manage one of our established residential children's homes. Company overview: New Reflexions is a childcare organisation dedicated to offering care, education, and therapy services to young people who have encountered trauma, leading to emotional and behavioural challenges. Specifically, the New Reflexions Children’s Residential Service provides therapeutic placements, catering to individuals up to the ages of 18 years. Role overview: We are looking for a conscientious individual with relevant care qualifications, skills, and knowledge to provide effective leadership and management to the team. Successful candidates will be dedicated professionals with verified experience working as a Senior Residential Care Worker or a Deputy or Home Manager for children. You must be able to demonstrate or possess: At least 1 year experience as a Senior RCW or Deputy and hold their NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management Full UK manual driving Licence is essential, and access to your own transport Flexible working in various environments You will be passionate about working within the care sector and committed to delivering high-quality care services and positive outcomes. You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills together with the flexible attitude necessary in this demanding environment The post holder has the responsibility to adhere to our Safeguarding and Child Protection Procedure Benefits Fully paid 2-week induction training including First Aid Level 3.
