Role overview: We are looking for a conscientious individual with relevant care qualifications, skills, and knowledge to provide effective leadership and management to the team. Successful candidates will be dedicated professionals with verified experience working as a Senior Residential Care Worker or a Deputy or Home Manager for children. You must be able to demonstrate or possess: At least 1 year experience as a Senior RCW or Deputy and hold their NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management Full UK manual driving Licence is essential, and access to your own transport Flexible working in various environments You will be passionate about working within the care sector and committed to delivering high-quality care services and positive outcomes.
