This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of the future of agriculture and play an essential role in the support of our Service Departments. As a Regional Service Manager you will work with the Service Business Managers to optimize service operations to maximize return on investment. Responsibilities Support Service Business Managers with their operations, budgeting, staffing activities, and opportunities for efficiencies Connect with service teams to ensure adequate support for day-to-day activities Implement and promote consistent messages for all processes/procedures Build relationships with all departments Collaborate with supplier partners to maximize returns on special allowances and warranties Mentor/coach new and existing service teams at all levels to promote consistent communication and standards of quality work Frequent travel to all locations in region with focus on locations requiring extra guidance Analyze regional financial metrics to ensure meeting or exceeding goals Perform other duties as assigned (reports, assignments etc.) by the Director of Service Operations Provide support with marketing initiatives Assist Managers & Training team in developing, presenting, and participating in training plans Fill in as needed when Service Business Manager or Service Writer in region are away, or role is vacant Requirements 5+ years experience as a manager of a high performing Service or Branch operations Experience in the Ag industry Proven experience leading/developing/motivating others Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills Results-oriented, strong work ethic, analytical Positive attitude and empathetic Self-aware with high level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Valid driver’s licence, ability to travel and work flexible or extended hours CONNECT with us today!
