Territory Sales Manager – North and East of the United Kingdom We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team, drive profitable growth, and strengthen customer relationships across Scotland and the East of the United Kingdom. This role requires occasional overnight stays during weekdays. You will be responsible for managing existing customers, winning new business in line with strategic priorities, and building and executing the regional sales plan. Key Responsibilities Sales and Territory Growth Lead the sales team to deliver profitable growth across the territory. Manage and expand existing accounts through cross-selling, up-selling, and churn reduction. Build strong customer relationships at all levels to support long-term retention and growth. Ensure the team holds regular meetings with key customer stakeholders including Operations, H&S, Procurement, and Sustainability to align objectives and introduce relevant innovations. Oversee customer site visits and ensure delivery against agreed SLAs. Performance Management and Commercial Excellence Deliver territory GP% and DOP% targets through innovation, range reviews, customer management, and effective pricing strategies. Ensure accurate sales funnel construction and management within Salesforce. Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and provide regular reporting. Maintain territory Commercial Excellence KPIs including funnel sufficiency, business reviews, ASAs, and TREK. Leadership and Team Development Develop team capability through coaching and structured 1:1s, ensuring robust Personal Development Plans are in place. Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement. Key Account Management Manage selected Key National Accounts and distributors to ensure strategic alignment and profitable growth.
