Overview: The Regional Marketing Manager serves as the strategic bridge between the global brand strategy and the regional market opportunity. Working in partnership with the regional leadership team and the global Centers of Excellence (COEs), this role ensures that HKS’s brand strategy is adapted, activated, and scaled to advance growth goals for the EMEA region. This leader will translate global priorities into regional relevance — positioning HKS as the most desirable, innovative, and bespoke design partner within key markets and sectors across Europe. Responsibilities : Develops and executes an annual regional marketing plan aligned with regional growth goals and firmwide priorities Localizes and activates the HKS brand strategy and messaging to resonate with clients, media, and communities within the EMEA region Identifies and prioritizes growth opportunities across sectors, markets, and geographies within the region, ensuring clear priorities, timelines, and measurable KPIs Ensures alignment between regional campaigns, practice marketing priorities, and global marketing efforts Chairs London monthly cross sector marketing meetings, create set of specific outcome actions, and proactively manage all practice sectors to deliver these actions Leads regional marketing campaigns – from awareness to ABM and relationship marketing – ensuring alignment with the brand and measurable business outcomes Collaborates with the Brand, Communications, and Digital COEs to create localized content, thought leadership, case studies, and digital activations that build visibility and credibility Oversees development and delivery of regionally relevant marketing collateral and digital assets Partners with the Market Insights COE to track performance of regional campaigns and measure ROI against growth targets Maintains a clear understanding of market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities Produces quarterly regional marketing reports and insights to inform future strategy and budget allocation Acts as the central connector between regional offices, practice teams, and global COEs Ensures consistency of voice, design standards, and storytelling across all regional touchpoints Provides marketing support and coaching to regional leaders and client-facing teams, ensuring brand-aligned business development materials and presentations Identifies and oversees strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and events that elevate HKS’s presence across EMEA Partners with the Events COE to plan and execute high-profile client events, exhibitions, and speaking opportunities Builds relationships with local media, industry associations, and academic institutions to increase visibility and thought leadership reach Supports the development and promotion of regional award submissions and showcase opportunities Manage London Marketing Team Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related degree preferred Typically with 10+ years' experience of marketing, brand, or communications within architecture, design, real estate, or professional services Experience in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator graphic software Proficiency in digital marketing, analytics, and CRM/marketing automation platforms Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred Experience in managing budgets, agencies, and complex cross-functional initiatives Knowledge of and interest in architecture/interior design Proven ability to develop and deliver marketing plans that drive measurable impact Proven ability to work across and influence stakeholder groups, functional areas, geographies, and differing levels of seniority Strong understanding of EMEA market nuances, audiences, and media landscapes Strong understanding of B2B marketing and the intersection of brand, business development, and client experience Excellent attention to detail and commitment to excellence Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff and customers; ability to forge trusting relationships within a diverse team Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt complex ideas into compelling narratives Strong presentation skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time Ability to balance global alignment with local relevance Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, markets, and technologies while maintaining strategic focus Ability to proactively problem solve and apply innovative solutions Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment, and ability to work independently and prioritize work Ability to effectively meet deadlines at expected quality Travel may be required If you currently work for HKS, please submit your application via the Internal Careers Portal.
