This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Regional Manager – EMEA (eQMS Implementation) in the United Kingdom. This role offers the opportunity to lead and scale a high-performing project delivery team responsible for implementing enterprise-grade eQMS solutions across the EMEA region. You will combine people leadership with hands-on project ownership, ensuring complex customer implementations are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Acting as a senior escalation point, you will influence customer outcomes and long-term satisfaction. The position sits at the intersection of delivery excellence, regulatory rigor, and customer success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while shaping best practices and delivery standards. This is a leadership role with tangible regional impact in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. \n Accountabilities: * Lead, mentor, and develop a regional team of Project Managers, ensuring consistent delivery quality and adherence to implementation methodology. * Oversee planning, execution, and governance of multiple eQMS implementation projects across EMEA, serving as a senior escalation point for complex engagements. * Act as lead Project Manager on selected strategic or high-complexity customer projects. * Drive onboarding, performance management, career development, and retention of team members. * Monitor and report on key project KPIs, including timelines, budgets, resource utilization, and customer satisfaction. * Promote delivery best practices, process standardization, and continuous improvement across the professional services organization. * Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure strong cross-functional alignment. * Support resource planning, project staffing, and capacity management across the regional portfolio. Requirements: * 7+ years of experience in professional services, customer success, or project management within the life sciences sector, including at least 2 years in a people leadership role. * Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality processes in pharma, biotech, and/or medical device industries, such as ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11. * Proven experience delivering eQMS implementations, ideally on Salesforce-based platforms. * Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects and lead cross-functional teams. * Track record of coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing project managers. * Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with additional languages such as German or French considered a plus. * Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. * Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is a plus.
