As the need for data exchange between applications becomes increasingly critical for Chanel’s development, this role addresses the structuring and maintainability of Chanel’s IT architecture. The Regional Integration Lead is pivotal in rationalizing integration, driving simplification, and supporting the decommissioning agenda to ensure scalability and responsiveness across the region. This dedicated regional role reinforces CHANEL TECH_ integration capabilities, focusing on developing and operationalizing integration strategies in close collaboration with Regional Domains Heads and the Corporate team. You will act as the single point of contact for integration within the region, bridging the domains and the corporate team. The role requires establishing and implementing regional governance and participating in both regional and corporate integration boards and architecture committees. Key stakeholders include regional domain members and architects, infrastructure and security teams, other regional integration leads, the corporate integration team, and external technology partners. What you will bring Deep expertise in integration architecture and concepts (events, streams, publish/subscribe, APIs, routing, transformation, etc.). Experience with distributed architectures and cloud platforms (ideally Azure), and integration solutions (ideally Azure and Confluent). Mastery of CI/CD, GIT/Github, and modern delivery methodologies. 10–15 years’ experience in integration or related IT domains. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
