We are searching for an experienced Recruitment Manager Masters & MBA (M/F) at our Jouy-en-Josas facility. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Reporting to the Associate Director Recruitment, Masters & MBA Programs, the Recruitment Manager (RM) is responsible for prospection, commercial development and customer service for the HEC Paris MBA and Masters programs within assigned regions. As a key member of the Recruitment team, the RM will actively promote the HEC Paris Masters & MBA programs, acting as a brand ambassador and driving growth and customer experience across the designated markets. You will prospect potential candidates and raise positive brand awareness in line with our marketing strategy. You will support candidates in exploring our programs and understanding the application process. Responsibilities Representation & Engagement • Represent HEC Paris as a Brand Ambassador at global events (student fairs, conferences, etc.) • Prepare, host, and participate in recruitment events for HEC Paris prospective students (cocktails, coffee chats, presentations, etc.) in France and abroad • Deliver engaging presentations to large audiences and during partner school visits • Organize and host “campus visits” and webinars in collaboration with current students and alumni • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective students and key influencers in your regions • Manage daily prospective applicant interactions: review CVs, provide guidance, and respond to emails, phone, and in-person enquiries • Organize virtual and in-person meetings with applicants Strategy & Performance • Develop and implement strategies to maintain a strong and continuous pipeline of prospects • Meet sales targets, identify opportunities, and execute initiatives to maximize brand awareness and applications. Follow results on Salesforce platform. Operations & Collaboration • Oversee operational support activities, including database management (Salesforce), event planning, and budget monitoring • Organize recruitment trips abroad independently, with support from your manager • Work closely with the marketing team to monitor and support the development and execution of engagement and acquisition campaigns (web, email, social media, advertising, GMASS), tailored to your regions • Contribute to strategies that increase website traffic and lead generation Required Qualifications: We are seeking a collaborative, bright, and proactive professional who will challenge and inspire our team, and who demonstrates: • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills • Stellar communication and presentation skills • Ability to travel domestically and internationally • 2–4 years’ experience; experience in higher education is a plus • Strong database and time-management skills (experience in Salesforce in a plus) • English as the working language; native English is a plus • French (minimum intermediate level) • Regional scope: France & China (Regions subject to change over time) - Program scope: MiM, Masters & MBA • Autonomy, team spirit, innovation, and strong organisational skills Benefits - Employee savings plan (PEE and PERECO) with HEC matching contribution - 8 weeks vacation per year - Up to 2 days' teleworking per week - Sustainable mobility package for employees using bicycles - An exceptional working environment in a wooded park - Free access to the on-campus gym, learning center and campus events - A company restaurant - Free parking - Corporate events throughout the year (conferences, team days, etc.) - CSE: vacation vouchers, gift vouchers, sports/cultural subsidies, etc. Each application is carefully reviewed.
