We are searching for an experienced Recruitment Manager EMBA (M/F) at our Jouy-en-Josas facility. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Associate Director, Recruitment EMBA Programs you will have the global responsibility of lead generation, prospection, commercial development, customer service and marketing for the HEC Paris EMBA program. The Recruitment Manager (RM) will work within the Recruitment team to promote the HEC Paris EMBA program in their global regions. This position is responsible for driving the customer experience and growth in assigned regions. Prospecting potential students, you will be a brand ambassador, educating prospective students about the HEC Paris EMBA in conjunction with the marketing strategy and ensuring positive brand awareness. Responsibilities: - Represent HEC Paris as a Brand Ambassador at global events. - Build strong relationships with prospective students and influencers in your regions - Develop and implement strategies to create an ongoing pipeline - Meet recruitment targets / establish opportunities and develop strategies to maximize brand awareness and applications - Design a strategy for marketing events/relations in your regions - Presentation to large audiences - Ownership of your support activities: your database management, event planning, budget - Develop and execute engagement campaigns and acquisition strategies , including web, email, social media, advertising, and GMASS targeting to increase traffic to website and general leads - Prepare and participate in recruiting events for HEC Paris EMBA prospective students (cocktails, coffee chats, presentations, etc.) in France and abroad if needed Required Qualifications: We are looking for someone collaborative, bright and proactive who will challenge and inspire our team with: - Excellent customer service and people skills - Stellar communication and presentation skills - Commercial skills & experience - Ability to travel throughout the world (domestic and international) - 3 - 5 years’ experience, experience in higher education a plus - Strong database and time management management skills - English is the working language, native English is a plus - French (minimum intermediate level) - Regional scope TBC - Autonomy, team spirit, innovation and good organization skills are required for this position Benefits - Employee savings plan (PEE and PERECO) with HEC matching contribution - 8 weeks vacation per year - Up to 2 days' teleworking per week - Sustainable mobility package for employees using bicycles - An exceptional working environment in a wooded park - Free access to the on-campus gym, learning center and campus events - A company restaurant - Free parking - Corporate events throughout the year (conferences, team days, etc.) - CSE: vacation vouchers, gift vouchers, sports/cultural subsidies, etc. Each application is carefully reviewed.
