• Business Developers earn 30% of any deal they bring in

• Work both sides? You keep 60%

You fill the role = $6,000
You brought the client = $6,000
You earn $12,000

Who You Are

• You’ve worked in recruiting or B2B sales

• You’ve recruited in tech (agency or in-house)

• You understand the roles: developers, PMs, GTM, etc.

• You know how to run a pipeline and close

• You’re based in Canada and can work remotely
