The SZC Jobs Service supports local people into exciting, long-term careers across our Project. #SZCJOBSRecruitment AdvisorCivil Works Alliance Salary: £30000-£45000PA Permanent   As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for directly sourcing construction and supporting function talent for the CWA, primarily focusing on white-collar employees. You will play a crucial role in building a strong understanding of the project and future needs, supporting Senior Recruiter in developing talent pipelines, assessing talent, and ensuring that our recruitment processes are effective and efficient.   Background Be part of this 'once in a generation' project that will deliver clean energy to 6 million homes for the next 60 years. Sizewell C will see the creation of a 3.2 Gigawatt nuclear power station on the Suffolk coast to provide reliable load low-carbon electricity. The Civil Works Alliance is an extended delivery enterprise involving Sizewell C and three international construction companies: Balfour Beatty, Bouygues Travaux Publics and Laing O'Rourke. We are more than just an alliance, we are bringing together a single delivery organisation with years of learning and experience from other major complex infrastructure programmes worldwide.   Qualifications Principal Accountabilities, Activities and Decisions Talent Acquisition and Sourcing: Collaborate with Senior Recruiter to design and execute targeted talent acquisition strategies. Proactively source and attract top-tier candidates to fulfil the recruitment needs of the CWA. Develop and maintain talent pipelines, ensuring alignment with current and future hiring needs. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the recruitment function.  Recruitment Administration: Advertise roles across the Civil Works Alliance, ensuring optimal visibility and engagement to attract high-quality talent. Work closely with hiring managers to collate offer documents, ensuring that all offer letters and associated paperwork are accurate and complete. Oversee the offer process with parent companies, ensuring seamless communication and timely processing of all offers. Provide ongoing support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure an efficient and effective hiring experience.  Employer Branding and Diversity: Uphold and promote the values of the CWA throughout the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with our company culture. Contribute to the enhancement of our recruitment systems, supporting ongoing digital transformation initiative. Strengthen the employer value proposition (EVP) and employment brand to attract the highest calibre candidates. Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a broad and diverse pool of candidates.   Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience Knowledge & Skills   Essential   Ability to quickly build credibility and strong working relationships within the Recruitment Team and with candidates. Strong eye for detail Knowledge of recruitment legislation and the ability to work across different business units. Capable of adapting to changing conditions and meeting deadlines. Proactive planning skills and the ability to anticipate problems. Displays integrity and sincerity in dealings with others. Self-motivated with a commitment to personal development.   Desirable   Technical recruitment experience. Ideally in civil engineering.
