We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in attracting experienced and high-potential real estate agents to Wahi Realty. The Recruiter will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships, and guiding agents through the decision-making process to join our brokerage. \n Key Responsibilities * Proactively source, identify, and engage prospective real estate agents through networking, social media, industry events, and referrals. * Conduct discovery calls and presentations to communicate the Wahi value proposition, including compensation model, technology, training, and culture. * Manage the full recruitment cycle: prospecting, relationship building, follow-up, and onboarding coordination. * Maintain accurate records of recruiting activity, pipeline status, and results using CRM or applicant tracking tools. * Collaborate with leadership to understand market needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies. * Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor brokerages, and evolving agent expectations. * Provide a professional, supportive, and consultative experience to all candidates. Qualifications * Previous recruiting or business development experience, preferably in real estate. * Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. * Tech-savvy, with comfort using CRM systems, social media platforms, and virtual meeting tools. * Knowledge of the real estate industry is mandatory. * Active real estate license preferred but not required. \n What We Offer A collaborative, growth-oriented culture within one of the most innovative brokerages in the industry.
