Radiology Technologist / Radiology / Part Time / Nights Under the direction of a radiologist, provides personal care and professional excellence by performing radiographic procedures at a technical level without requiring constant supervision to technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required. **Sign on Bonus Eligible** Job Duties: Provides personal care and professional excellence by properly positioning and transferring patients. Demonstrates appropriate skills required to work with the neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient. Provides proper immobilization devices as required. Selects proper technical factors on an individual patient basis. Selects and operates equipment as directed. Develops quality films by automatic or manual prescribed safety standards Provides protection in accordance with prescribed safety standards. Assists physician in administering opaque media.
