Here is a description of the role we are opening: Your Responsibilities: We are looking for a talented Product Development Engineer to join our R&D team and drive innovation in electrochemical transducers technologies. Research & Development Develop, characterize, and optimize Linxens electrodes for targeted applications. Define and implement electrochemical characterization methods adapted to market needs. Analyze performance results, study electrochemical phenomena, and contribute to product and process improvements. Oversee prototype manufacturing, characterization, and validation through the full development cycle. Ensure continuous improvement, scientific rigor, and active technology watch. Scientific & Technical Support Promote research outcomes through congresses, conferences, and webinars. Provide scientific expertise and support to sales and Customer Technical Interface (CTI) teams. Work closely with project management, R&D, quality, and advanced process engineering teams to align with project and company objectives. Project Contribution & Knowledge Management Contribute to the coordination of internal and external resources for project execution. Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and availability of data and knowledge. Identify improvement or investment needs within your scope and share them with management. Your Profile: Master’s degree (Bac+5) or higher, ideally in electrochemical (bio-)sensor development. Minimum 3 years of experience in electrochemistry, corrosion analysis, or related fields. Solid expertise in electrochemical characterization of metallic surfaces and interpretation of results. Knowledge of medical standards and regulations (ISO13485, MDR, CFR) and project management experience. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
