THE OPPORTUNITY - CONTEXT OF THE MISSIONS Objective: Corrosion assessment and modelling of calcined clay concrete. Implementation of cracking risks. The mission involves experimentally measuring and then using the measurement data to evaluate the corrosion resistance of low-carbon concrete. The modeling tool allows, from climatic files injected into the concrete surface, the prediction of water content and then corrosion rates at the level of the concrete reinforcement. An extension of these measurements and this model should allow for the integration of a mechanical assessment of the risk of cracking at the reinforcement level in order to evaluate its risk of degradation in service over several decades. MISSIONS • Following of corrosion assessments with dedicated team on several low CO2 concrete• Modelling of water transport of these concretes using physical properties of samples• Development of carking risks tool at the rebar level DESIRED PROFILE DESIRED SKILLS High interest in R&D experimental work. Good knowledge in chemistry / physics / mechanics & transport. Good laboratory testing practices. Good autonomy at work. EDUCATIONAL LEVEL : TRAINING Master's degree in Engineering (Bac +5).
