Green Funding Solutions works with local authorities and housing associations to tackle fuel poverty, delivering large-scale retrofit programmes for social housing. Using government funding schemes, the team makes homes warmer and more energy-efficient, and has established itself as a market leader, recognised with multiple regional and national awards. Key responsibilities Produce initial cost plans, detailed estimates, and ongoing budget control. Track costs against budgets, analyse cost performance, and compile monthly P&L and progress reports. Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk/mitigation assessments. Prepare tender documents (BoQs, specifications), evaluate bids, and support contractor selection. Draft, administer, and manage contracts (JCT, NEC), including variations, claims, notices, quotations, and dispute handling. Negotiate with suppliers/contractors and ensure procurement aligns with E.ON’s standards. Assess progress, certify interim payments, raise applications for payment, and agree final accounts. Manage subcontractor applications/invoices and process payments via internal systems (e.g., SAP). Prepare CQR documentation, identify best-value options, and support insurance claim assessments.
