Vous guidez la politique Qualité avec rigueur et bienveillance, en veillant à l’application des normes ISO, aux attentes de nos clientes et clients, et aux standards du Groupe. Vous êtes une actrice centrale de la conformité produit, de la sécurité, du développement de votre équipe et de la dynamique d’amélioration continue. Ce que vous ferez Piloter la politique qualité du site, en définissant et en déployant des orientations claires pour soutenir une excellence opérationnelle durable. Garantir la conformité aux normes et standards, en assurant une mise en œuvre rigoureuse des normes ISO, exigences clients et standards Groupe. Faire vivre et évoluer la documentation qualité, en animant le système de management et en actualisant les procédures avec soin et précision. Protéger la conformité et la sécurité produit, en incarnant le rôle PSCR et en coordonnant les audits internes avec sérénité et exigence. Analyser les non-conformités avec méthode et discernement, valider les AMDEC Process et accompagner le suivi des actions correctives. Accompagner et développer l’équipe Qualité, en favorisant les compétences, la cohésion, l’écoute et une communication fluide entre services. Nourrir la démarche d’amélioration continue, en contribuant activement aux projets de performance et aux initiatives collaboratives. Ce que vous apporterez Compétences de base Une formation supérieure (Bac +5 ou équivalent) et au moins 5 ans d’expérience confirmée en qualité industrielle. Une maîtrise solide des outils qualité, incluant normes ISO, audits, AMDEC, méthodologies DMAIC / A3 et outils statistiques comme MINITAB. Un anglais courant (B2/C1), facilitant une communication fluide dans un environnement international. Une compréhension approfondie des processus de fabrication, de la sécurité produit et de la documentation qualité. Une capacité à piloter des projets qualité de façon autonome, structurée et collaborative. Compétences appréciées Expérience sectorielle : Une expérience préalable dans le secteur du pneumatique ou dans un environnement technique/chimique est un atout. Polyvalence technique : Capacité à s’adapter à des environnements industriels complexes et à collaborer avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
