Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description Position Summary: The Quality team provide oversight to all activities associated with the sterile manufacture of pharmaceutical products at our factory in Swindon. As part of the team you will support delivery of the Quality on The Floor program designed to ensure the proactive quality assurance of our manufacturing operations. And gain an understanding of the Pharmaceutical Management Systems and the associated rules and regulations governing pharmaceutical manufacturing During the internship you will experience true hands-on experience, the opportunity to solve real-time problems, the chance to network with other interns from different backgrounds, exposure to senior leadership and build your interpersonal skills. You will gain a thorough understanding of life in a Global organisation and Operational Quality Assurance. Responsibilities: Physical and Online review of GMP records such as batch manufacturing records. Local area & local system audits/assessments. Participate with other departments in planning and problem-solving activities. Monitoring and Oversight of production activities. Reporting of trend analysis and performance data. Supporting Practical Process Improvements. Use of Key Quality Management Systems including LIMS, Trackwise, SAP, EDMS and LMS. EH&S: Understand emergency procedures and follow safe systems of work. Ensure compliance with environment, health and safety and security policies and procedures, rules, signage, and instructions at all times Ensure prompt reporting and investigation of all accidents, near misses and breaches of rules Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Be working towards or have recently completed a science-based degree. Great interpersonal skills and enjoy working collaboratively. Excellent written English using clear and concise language. Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerBI skills Good time management Excellent attention to detail and the ability to evaluate scientific data The ability to work shifts to support 24/7 operations.
