Public Relations Officer Key Responsibilities: Coordinate airport transfers and ensure timely vehicle allocations for both private and commercial arrivals and departures. Meet and greet clients at airports, including on aircrafts, as required. Implement directives from the Head of Logistics and maintain departmental welfare and discipline. Report any misuse of fleet vehicles promptly to the Head of Logistics. Address and escalate significant issues to the Head of Logistics. Ensure staff training is sufficient for their duties Compile end-of-season assessments for staff. Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position. Knowledge and Skills: General knowledge of logistics systems. Certification of Professional Competence or working towards it. Strong understanding of Health & Safety issues. Ability to work independently and as a self-motivator.
