As a Proposal and Communications Consultant, you’ll be a key member of our Sales Support team, working directly with Sales and Global Account Management to support both new business acquisition and account retention/upsell efforts. Your expertise will play a critical role in developing winning proposals, RFP responses, and presentation materials that align with client needs while showcasing our value proposition. Key Responsibilities: Pursuit Support (70%) Proposal Development: Create high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, and ad-hoc proposals. Presentation Creation: Develop dynamic presentations to support sales and account management initiatives. Collaboration with Sales: Partner with Sales leaders early in the pursuit process to shape overall strategies and support pursuit plans. Research & Analysis: Leverage industry insights, internal resources, and competitive intelligence to inform proposals. Workflow Management: Oversee timelines, deadlines, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and compliant proposal submission. Research & Content Development (20%) Interviewing Experts: Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Sales teams to gather insights and develop tailored proposal content. Market Research: Conduct research into industry trends and client-specific information to craft highly targeted RFP responses. Boilerplate Content Development: Develop reusable content and maintain a library of best-practice materials to streamline future proposals. Proactive Learning & Database Management (10%) Continuous Research: Stay up to date with the latest company developments and industry trends to ensure proposals reflect current knowledge and solutions. Database Updates: Collaborate with the Database Coordinator to ensure the accuracy and consistency of our RFP content library. What We’re Looking For: Experience: At least 2 years in proposal development, RFP responses, presentation creation, or a related sales support role. Skills: Exceptional Writing: Strong written communication, with impeccable grammar and an eye for detail. Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple, deadline-sensitive projects while maintaining quality. Collaboration: Comfort working across departments to gather insights and drive initiatives forward. Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and familiarity with RFP management tools like Loopio, Qvidian, or similar platforms. Adaptability: Comfortable using emerging technologies, including AI tools like GenAI, to streamline content creation. Education: A Bachelor's Degree is required. Why Join Us?
