INTERNAL ONLY We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Property Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of 150–170 properties. You’ll act as the dedicated point of contact for both landlords and tenants, managing the tenancy lifecycle from onboarding through to renewals, compliance, and end-of-lease. You’ll also play a key role in rent arrears management, engaging with tenants to find solutions and serving notices where necessary (daily arrears reminders are handled separately). With the support of our specialist Maintenance team, you’ll focus on delivering professional, proactive service and building strong relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of 150–170 tenancies as the primary contact for landlords and tenants. Handle the full tenancy lifecycle: onboarding, compliance, renewals/changes, and tenancy exits. Act as the first point of contact for arrears discussions, assisting with repayment strategies and issuing notices where required. Work closely with the dedicated Maintenance team to ensure timely issue resolution while keeping customers informed. Maintain accurate property and tenancy records using our CRM system. Deliver outstanding customer service that supports long-term landlord and tenant retention. Stay up to date with property legislation and compliance requirements. About You Previous experience in lettings or property management. Confident communicator who can build trust with landlords, tenants, and contractors. Strong organisational skills – comfortable managing a large, busy portfolio. Knowledge of compliance and tenancy legislation (preferred, but training provided). Problem-solver with a proactive, customer-first mindset. Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Resilient, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
