We have an exciting opportunity for a Promotional Artwork Manager to join the team and support creative content production. We are looking for someone with excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills to join our team on a contract. In this role you will help manage the promotional artwork programme for the App Store. DESCRIPTION You will be joining a dynamic digital production environment and will oversee the intake and approval of hundreds of developer assets submitted for promotional use on the App Store every month. The digital assets team is a key partner in the App Store ecosystem, and works closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Editorial, Production and Business Affairs to coordinate and deliver engaging promotions to our customers. You will be responsible for carrying out the developer asset lifecycle from request through reviews and approvals to handoff and archiving. You will also be responsible for working cross-functionally with teams around the world to help shape plans for the asset management process and tooling enhancements. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Strong background collaborating with global cross-functional teams across design, editorial, production, and engineering. Deep understanding of digital asset specifications, design principles, and App Store creative standards. Skilled in digital asset management systems and creative tools, including Box, Airtable, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. Excellent project management, organisation, and communication skills, with the ability to meet tight and shifting deadlines. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience coordinating business affairs and legal approvals for creative materials. Passion for technology, apps, and games, with a strong grasp of Apple platforms and user experience. Proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments. Fluency in English. Other languages beneficial.
