Projects Apprentice

Team Services is a provider specializing in the commercial and industrial HVAC industry. With a robust client base in Texas, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Projects Apprentice. Responsibilities

•  Inspect the jobsite on a regular basis for contract compliance, workmanship, and safety.
•  Follow-up on any required warranty work and maintain contact with owner to insure customer satisfaction.
•  Closely monitoring necessary tasks.
•  Installation, fabrication and start-up labor on assigned projects.
• Reporting status to management.
•  Assures that contractual obligation has been met and that all close-out documents are submitted.
•  Adhere to Safety Best Practices

Requirements

•  Knowledge of construction processes
•  Knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and controls
•  Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
•  Ability to read and interpret Construction Documents, Plans and Specifications
•  Excellent organization skills
•  Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
•  Effective communication skills (written and oral)
•  Must have supervisory skills to plan, direct, organize, and control the activities of others with limited supervision
•  Decisive individual with a strong mechanical aptitude
