Project Support Specialist

Duties

• Assist the team with coordinating new dental office projects from start to finish
• Help keep track of project schedules, deadlines, and important tasks
• Support communication with real estate team, architects, contractors, and vendors by relaying information and updates
• Assist with organizing documents, bids, permits, and project materials
• Attend occasional site visits and travel for project check-ins (overnight trips may be needed)
• Help with coordinating equipment or supply orders as directed
• Maintain organized project files, spreadsheets, and progress updates
• Learn the project process and gradually take on more responsibility under guidance - Room to Grow!

Compensation:

• $22-$24 per hour 

• NO Experience is required. We are looking for a ambitious person who is willing to learn our systems and advance themselves.
• Experience in an office environment with clerical is a plus.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
