Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description Job Description Summary: Role Overview: Serve as a crucial liaison between clients and Thermo Fisher's Pharmaceutical Development Services (PDS), ensuring seamless fulfillment of client needs and business objectives. Manage project budgets and timelines effectively. Project Management: Independently manage 6-10 PDS projects from pre-formulation onwards. Resolve project issues and resource constraints. Foster positive team interactions and manage conflict. Standardize project reporting to clients and management. Business Management: Plan, monitor, and complete activities outlined in client quotes. Prepare amendments for scope changes. Maintain client timelines and achievements. Contribute to monthly forecasts and revenue tracking. Client Management: Manage client expectations for high satisfaction. Mitigate project risks and balance client/internal requirements. People Management: Support onboarding and training of new team members. Manage Lead Administrative Coordinators and Project Coordinators. Strategic Initiatives: Lead initiatives for PDS and clients. Collaborate with site management to optimize project portfolios. Explore strategies to boost department efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: College Diploma in a related field; Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Engineering, or Business preferred. Minimum 8 years industry experience; 5 years in project/client management. Minimum 3 years experience leading product development teams and managing direct reports. PMP certification advantageous. Skills: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and oral communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Smartsheets, Change Point, Salesforce, MySupply, and database management. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and proficiency in English. Standards: Adhere to Environmental Health & Safety Policies. Maintain a clean and orderly workspace. Engage in departmental systems for smooth workflow. Identify areas for improvement and problem-solving. Understand and improve Key Performance Indicators. Physical Requirements: Light physical effort; occasional equipment operation. Comfortable indoor environment with mild exposure to discomfort. Use of Personal Protective Equipment may be required.
