We are looking for a Project Finance Manager to join our finance team, reporting to the CFO of the company.


 

Responsibilities and duties:


  • Build, maintain and enhance project finance models for renewable energy and EV infrastructure projects.
  • eview and coordinate the Due Diligence process with internal teams and external advisors.
  • Lead project assessment, contract negotiations and the coordination of all stakeholders involved in financial closings (banks, investors, advisors, etc.)
  • Evaluate and analyze upcoming solar, wind, storage and EV charging projects, assessing the underlying assumptions and translating them into financial models to calculate profitability and returns.
  • Prepare clear, compelling presentations and investment materials for banks and investors, defending the returns and key assumptions of each project.
  • Manage the budgeting process, monitoring performance against approved business plans and supporting decision-making with solid financial insights.
  • Conduct economic and tax research across different jurisdictions in order to assess and optimize the various phases of each project.


Requirements:


  • Business Administration Degree, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
  • A Master’s in Project Finance or Renewable Energies is a plus.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, or in Investment Banking or a Big 4 firm.
  • Experience in infrastructure or renewables will be highly valued.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) French will be a nice to have.
  • Advanced user of Excel (spreadsheets) and proficient in PowerPoint/slide presentations, Word and other office tools.
