Job Description: PROJECT COORDINATOR – Hospitality Tech (Paris - With client on-site coordination) Ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction by coordinating hotel technology deployments from start to finish. Behind every successful technology deployment is a skilled Project Coordinator. In this role, you’ll manage timelines, resources, and communication to ensure our hotel clients receive seamless installations and upgrades. Whether remotely managing schedules or coordinating on-site activities, you’ll be the central point of contact driving project success. About the role Project Coordination sits at the heart of our operations, bridging the gap between technical teams and client needs. Your mission is to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high client satisfaction. Client engagement – Strong communication and organisational skills are key as you manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure smooth collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Technology – You don’t need to build our systems, but you’ll need to understand project requirements, coordinate technical resources, and ensure deliverables are met. Collaboration – You’ll work with Sales, R&D, Support Teams, and field technicians to align efforts and deliver successful outcomes. You’ll be responsible for: Coordinate end-to-end project execution for hotel technology deployments Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project implementation Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders Document project progress and maintain accurate records for transparency and follow-up Identify risks and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track Contribute to developing process improvements and best practices for project delivery Collaborate with internal teams (Support Advisors, R&D, Sales) to deliver consistent customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For Strong organisational and project management skills Understanding of technical project requirements and coordination Excellent communication skills in English (French and/or German is a strong advantage) Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively Experience in project coordination, hospitality systems, or technology deployments is a plus Proactive mindset, attention to detail and adaptability About the company Ariane is the world leader in self-check-in technology for the hospitality industry, with nearly 20 years of experience and more than 3,000 hotel installations across 25 countries.
