Job Description We are seeking an execution-focused Project Coordinator to support the Digital Assets Program at RBC. This role is central to ensuring the effective operation of a cross-functional program that is focused on strengthening the bank's knowledge of digital assets, evaluating potential capabilities, and advancing innovation in a structured environment. As Project Coordinator, you will coordinate governance routines, track initiatives, support resource planning, and prepare reporting that enables leadership to monitor progress. You will engage with committees, working groups, and project teams to ensure priorities are clear, deliverables are met, and program activities run smoothly. What will you do? Manage project governance, including scheduling, preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and tracking follow-ups from committee and working group meetings. Support planning and prioritization across the program portfolio, ensuring initiatives progress on time and within scope. Develop reporting for senior stakeholders to highlight progress, risks, and key milestones. Assist with resource coordination and maintain program-level plans and timelines. Support communication and engagement across stakeholder groups. Contribute to the continuous improvement of program processes and routines. What do you need to succeed? Must-have 3-5 years of experience in project management, coordinator or business operations (financial services, consulting, or technology preferred), Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience preparing reports for management audiences. Experience in project management tools like Asana, Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Nice-to-have Experience in a technology innovation, digital banking, or fintech-focused environment. Understanding of emerging technology trends (e.g., AI/ML, blockchain, embedded finance) and their implications for banking. MBA or equivalent advanced degree. Project management training or certification (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent). Experience supporting transformation or innovation-focused initiatives. What’s in it for you?
