Day-to-day, you’ll shape the technology strategy, influence decision-making, and make a tangible impact on national security and critical infrastructure. Driving the implementation of Palantir Foundry, ensuring alignment with business objectives Managing resources and tracking budgets to deliver projects on time and within scope Developing and maintaining detailed project plans and technology roadmaps Collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to achieve transformation goals Identifying opportunities for technology upgrades and process improvements This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days in the office and days working from home. Essential experience of the Program Manager / Transformation Lead – Foundry CoE Strong understanding of Palantir Foundry or similar data integration and analytics platforms Proven project management and organisational skills Expertise in resource management and budget tracking Exceptional communication and leadership abilities Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Qualifications for the Program Manager / Transformation Lead – Foundry CoE PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred) Security Clearance The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) and security clearance for this role.
