Description EVS is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the senior on-site leader responsible for overall contract execution in support of U.S. Navy Surface Combat Systems training and network operations**. Key Responsibilities: • Manage all technical, administrative, cost, and schedule aspects of contract performance • Serve as primary liaison between EVS and Government stakeholders • Ensure timely delivery of services, reports, and data deliverables • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams • Oversee compliance with contract requirements, cybersecurity policies, and quality standards **Work is not remote and will be performed on-site at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Dahlgren, VA Employment would begin upon contract award Requirements Experience: • Minimum of five (5) years of contract and program management experience • Demonstrated experience managing Navy or DoD IT/network programs Clearance: • Active Secret clearance (minimum) Certifications (Preferred): • Project Management Professional (PMP) • ITIL Foundation
