What you can expect as a Program Analyst, International/Educational Leadership Program Perkins has been training teachers for over 100 years and the Educational Leadership Program (ELP) is an integral part in training international scholars online and on the Watertown Campus. We’re seeking a Program Analyst to support the operations, communications, and outreach efforts of the ELP. Reporting to the Director of the Educational Leadership Program, you’ll help manage program logistics, assist with content creation, and coordinate communication with alumni, donors, and global partners. We’d love to talk with you if you have many of the following: Manage program logistics, scheduling, and internal processes Help prepare and support online course materials Assist in developing and maintaining digital content (website, newsletter, social media) Coordinate communication among staff, alumni, and external stakeholders Support donor reports, presentations, and event preparation Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree required 0–1 year of relevant experience Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite; Canva and WordPress a plus Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment Commitment to inclusion and sensitivity to disability-related issues The following shared salary range is what Perkins reasonably expects, in good faith, to pay for the position.
