WHAT YOU DO Lead and supervise a team of production operatives to achieve daily production targets Promote and maintain high standards of health & safety, food safety, and quality compliance Monitor performance, attendance, and conduct within the team Ensure production lines and processes are operated safely and efficiently Coordinate staffing levels, breaks, and shift handovers Support training, coaching, and development of team members Identify and escalate operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives Ensure accurate completion of production and compliance documentation WHO YOU ARE Proven previous experience in a team leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing, production, or beverage/food environment Strong communication and people management skills Ability to lead by example and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good understanding of health & safety and quality standards in manufacturing A flexible approach to shift working A minimum ILM Level 2 in Leadership and team skills qualification (or equivalent) Preferably IOSH Managing Safely qualification Food Safety Level 2 or Level 3 Proficient IT skills for reporting and production systems Experience working in a high-volume beverage or FMCG environment Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement (5S, OPEX, Kaizen) OUR OFFER 33 days annual leave per year inclusive of Bank Holidays Healthcare Cash Plan after qualifying period Life Assurance Cover of 3 times basic salary Contributory Pension Scheme Employee Assistance Programs with access to savings & discounts 24/7 helpline and much more Contract type: Permanent Working time: 39 hours per week // 3-shift pattern, 6-2, 2-10, 10-6 Occupational date: Immediate start WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
