Check that the raw material corresponds with the production order. Adjust the production parameters according to what is indicated in the model. Follow the safety guidelines established for process adjustments. Manufacture products based on the work instructions that detail the method to follow. Follow the method of each product in such a way that the productivity goals per hour are achieved. Record the pieces produced and the scrap generated on the production board hour by hour .
