As a Product Support Engineer Field base, you’ll be responsible for: Provide technical assistance to customers, service engineers, and sales teams (Branches and KAM’s) regarding air conditioning systems. Diagnose and resolve complex product/installation issues, both remotely and on-site. Maintain in-depth knowledge of air conditioning products, including VRV/F systems, split units, and chillers. Site visits (pre and after sales) and liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for technical queries and product updates and training. This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00AM-17:00PM with 1hrs break. No weekend work required. And here’s what we’d like you to have: Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years in HVAC or air conditioning technical support or engineering role. Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and control technologies.
