You’ll be the go-to expert for our Shoulder portfolio, driving growth and market share across your territory. Success in this role means being a trusted advisor and a confident sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need: Proven experience in medical device sales (minimum 3 years) or marketing within the sector Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and competitor landscape Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills A full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel extensively (50–75%) You.
