What you'll do
Responsibilities
Product Owner
Leads the planning and delivery of complex program and technology initiatives within a Cúram-based environment. Responsible for navigating ambiguity, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable features, and partnering closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to drive outcomes. Brings strong product thinking, stakeholder leadership, and experience building roadmap-driven, design-ready features.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business goals, policies, and user needs into clear product features and requirements
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring features are design-ready and delivery-ready
- Build and maintain epic-level roadmaps aligned to program objectives and timelines
- Navigate ambiguity by bringing structure, clarity, and decision-making to complex problems
- Partner closely with delivery, design, and technical teams to support execution
- Lead stakeholder engagement, alignment, and expectation management across business and technology groups
- Apply working knowledge of Cúram capabilities to inform product decisions and solution direction
- Drive outcomes by balancing value, feasibility, risk, and delivery timelines
What you'll need
Qualifications
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analyst or Product Ownership
- Proven product management experience and/or delivering complex initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Agile product practices (backlog management, prioritization, sprint planning, refinement)
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
- Strong collaboration skills working closely with delivery, design, and technical teams
