Reed Education is relaunching its JoinedUp platform to revolutionise how we manage bookings, timesheets, and compliance for schools, candidates, and internal teams. We’re looking for a Product Owner & Change Manager to lead this exciting re-implementation and champion continuous improvement. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Reed Education operates digitally, working closely with consultants, managers, and support teams to deliver real impact. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine strategic thinking with practical delivery in a collaborative environment. What You’ll Do Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for JoinedUp within Reed Education. Lead the end-to-end relaunch of the platform, from planning to go-live. Redesign processes and translate business needs into clear, testable requirements. Drive adoption through change management, training, and communications. Act as the key liaison between Reed Education, Group IT, and JoinedUp. Monitor performance, gather insights, and identify opportunities for optimisation. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in Product Ownership, Change Management, or Business Analysis. Background in delivering technology-enabled change, ideally SaaS platforms. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to lead people through change and drive user adoption. A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
