In our organization, the Sales & Service Value Stream, we are responsible for Alfa Laval´s digital solutions supporting end-2-end processes including awareness-lead-quote-order-service execution. Examples of solutions within our scope are: Public Web Marketing Automation Global Service Solution Global CRM Solution E-business Solution Customer & Partner Portal Alfa Laval is going through a major digital transformation. In Group Digital, we secure the strategic direction and lead the implementation of this change. About the job Now we are looking for a Product Owner for our Assortment team. The demands from the business are high and the prioritizations are challenging. For your support, you will be part of a large and experienced team working closely with the Product Manager and Business Stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience within the area, coordinating closely with the Product Manager to align IT and business objectives. Responsibilities The role and challenges align with the definition of Product Owner according to SAFe, and hence the responsibilities include: • Connecting with the stakeholders • Contributing to the vision and roadmap • Supporting the team in delivering value • Managing and prioritizing the team backlog • Getting and applying feedback Who you are We see a team player who is equally comfortable discussing technical aspects, as well as building and developing a strong team. You are an experienced, strong analytical person with problem-solving skills and attention to detail and quality of output. You are structured and driven, with the ability to see the big picture, self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize, take initiative, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Developing yourself as well as your colleagues comes naturally to you. What you know • 3+ years proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in IT. • Technical background, with a good understanding of agile development. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. Full English proficiency is a must. • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-departmental collaboration. • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer science, IT, Business, or related field.
