We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our team and contribute to developing cutting-edge solutions for our core robotic manufacturing technologies. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to strategize, develop and execute our software platform product roadmap that address real-world challenges in the construction industry.  \n You might be a good fit if you: * Have a passion for leading industry-changing solutions with significant social, economic, and environmental impact  * Desire to play a founding role and reap the benefits as part of a growth-stage startup with significant upside  * Enjoy building not only the technology but also high-performing teams and companies  * Are committed to continuous learning at the intersection of several industries  What you'll do: * Collaborate with the cofounders and VP of Software Engineering to define the strategic direction for our cloud platform product, ensuring alignment with our business goals and market needs.  *  Develop, maintain and execution of the product roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with long-term vision.  * Conduct thorough market research to identify customer pain points, preferences, and trends.  * Create a clear and well-defined strategy for the product. This includes understanding market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and business goals to develop a vision for the product's direction.  * Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements and feedback and translate these insights into actionable features and improvements for the product.  * Supervising the QA process and acceptance of the product releases.  * Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, executives, customers, and other teams and provide updates on the product's progress.    * Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and production teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations.  * Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product, ensuring that product initiatives drive business objectives.  What you'll need to succeed: * You're an experienced product management leader   * You have 7+ years of experience in product management  * Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills are second nature to you.  * You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders.  * Experience in agile development methodologies and a deep understanding of product lifecycle management.  * A user-centric mindset and a passion for delivering products that meet and exceed customer expectations.  * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.  * Ability to travel to our Alberta facilities. \n Benefits: Competitive salary: we believe in data-driven, equitable compensation decisions.
