The Digital Manufacturing & Supply organization has established a dedicated organization to cover MSAT & Engineering at the same level as Quality, Manufacturing & Supply Chain. Sanofi Global MSAT (Manufacturing Sciences, Analytics, and Technology) acts as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines. The vision of the team is to create a seamless and integrated digital ecosystem that supports the entire lifecycle of manufacturing and supply chain operations. Your job? Strategic Digital Leader to drive Sanofi's Launch Engine program, orchestrating the digital transformation of product launch capabilities across Manufacturing & Supply. Leading the development of cutting-edge digital solutions including Launch Engine Digital platform (LEDP), digital twins, and automated tech transfer tools, while managing cross-functional teams to accelerate new product introductions. Ideal candidate brings 10+ years of PLM/digital product experience in biopharma, deep knowledge of 3DExperience platform, and proven track record in leading large-scale digital transformation programs. Responsibilities: Strategy & Vision Leadership - Define and execute Launch Engine's global digital strategy in alignment with Sanofi's 2030 vision, leading key partnerships and driving innovation across manufacturing operations. Business Value & Innovation - Lead digital transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business results through emerging technologies and innovative development methodologies. Enterprise Leadership - Lead organizational change and digital culture transformation across M&S and R&D through thought leadership and strategic C-level partnerships. Program Governance - Establish and chair the Launch Engine governance framework, overseeing portfolio management, resource allocation, and risk management strategies Team & Talent Development - Build and lead high-performing global product teams while developing digital talent and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning About you Education: Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent scientific field, with 10+ years of experience in Digital project & program, preferably in healthcare or biotech. Soft skills: Strong drive and ability to build & share product vision Excellent communication & presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders Proven business sense, ability to take decisions, think strategically and partner with business/other teams Structured, organized, and capable of managing multiple topics and priorities. Track-record of problem-solving & overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment Strong cross-functional leadership & influencing skills Curiosity, creativity, sense of detail, first principles and “get things done” mindset · Technical skills: Product management experience in building complex digital solutions 10+ years experience in PLM functional solution design, preferably in process industry Experience in biopharma or biotech company (strong plus) – especially Strong understanding of tech transfer, CMC, and launch operations Sound knowledge of product and process design, including model-based system engineering from design to qualification Deep knowledge of PLM systems (preferably 3DExperience) and digital manufacturing processes Proven experience in leading large-scale digital transformation programs in pharma or manufacturing Strong understanding of MSAT, CMC, and Tech Transfer workflows Understanding of master data principles and technical overlaps among digital platforms (PLM, ERP, MES, SCM) Expertise managing remote/distributed teams across different time zones and cultures Why choose us?
