Reporting to the Treasury & Capital Markets (TCM) Lead Product Analyst, the Senior Product Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally on product requirements, design and documentation; participate in client calls and make solution demos; develop business requirements and collaborate in the translation of business requirements into technical and functional specifications. Responsibilities & Deliverables: Your deliverables as a Senior Product Analyst will include, but are not limited to, the following: Works closely with development, QA and Customer Support teams for development of new or modifications of existing functionalities (analysis, translation of business requirements to specifications, validation, follow-up on delivered solution). Contributes to development backlog (story writing, prioritization, sprint/PI plannings). Improves continuously the asset classes and functional workflows coverage to address standard market practices. Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill product gaps. Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning through go-to-market. Organize product demos for sales, pre-sales, clients and partners to describe the new functionalities. Serves as the key contact for product questions and new product ideas which surface from customers, sales, or market research. Translates product strategy into recommendations and feature definition to address market opportunities. Manages the resolution of escalated customer problems. Develops proper and thorough documentation (internal and external) describing enhancements as appropriate. Required Experience: 5 years of Financial Industry experience or relevant financial services software experience (support, development, etc.). Strong knowledge of financial risk management concepts (Market Risk, FX risk, Credit Risk, VaR). Experience with financial regulations (BASEL/EBA, FRTB/SA-CCR/SIMM) Familiarity with a software development cycle and Agile Methodology. Knowledge of Interest Rate Derivatives and Fixed Income products. Fluency in English. University Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science or relevant experience in the capital markets/financial software field.
