We are looking for a highly motivated Procurement Manager to join our Projects team, reporting to the Head of Project Management of the company.



The Procurement Manager will lead all purchasing activities within our Electric Mobility Projects department. This is a critical role responsible for the strategic sourcing, negotiation, and contract management of all goods and services required for the deployment of our electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure and related mobility projects. A core focus will be the direct procurement of key equipment (charging hardware, transformers, etc.) and the supervision of
Procurement and Construction contracts to ensure project success, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.


Key Responsibilities



Strategic Equipment Sourcing and Contract Management



  • Lead the purchasing of critical equipment such as AC/DC charging stations, inverters, power distribution systems, batteries, and any other technological components required for electric mobility projects.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to reduce the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and ensure continuous quality supply of components.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of EPC Contract Procurement, ensuring contractors comply with project scope, quality, and schedule.


Tendering Process (RFP/RFQ) and Negotiation



  • Design, prepare, and issue Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and Request for Information (RFI) documents for complex equipment and service acquisitions.
  • Oversee the technical and commercial evaluation of received bids, performing detailed cost analysis and market benchmarking.
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers and contractors to secure favorable pricing, terms, and contractual conditions.
  • Formalize and manage purchasing contracts and subsequent Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and warranties.


Supply Chain and Risk Management



  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers and strategic partners in the electric mobility sector.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure supply chain stability.
  • Proactively mitigate supply chain risks, such as component shortages, tariff changes, or delivery delays.


Collaboration and Compliance



  • Collaborate closely with Project team to define technical equipment specifications
  • Act as a Tecnhology watch and communicate to all project and operations teams about new technologies and future developments. 
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and compliance regulations.


Qualifications



Experience and Education



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in procurement, preferably within capital projects, energy, infrastructure, e-mobility supplier.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex RFP processes and procuring technical or technological equipment is essential.
  • Experience in supervising large EPC or construction contracts is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of the electric mobility market and charging equipment (desirable).


Skills and Competencies



  • Expert negotiation skills and proven experience in contract drafting.
  • Strong understanding of technical and commercial terms in equipment specifications.
  • Exceptional analytical ability to conduct cost analysis and bid evaluations.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) for international negotiation and contract documentation.
