What You’ll Be Doing As a key member of our operations team, you’ll be involved in: Performing process line checks and autonomous maintenance Supporting unloading of cement trains and vessels Carrying out mechanical repairs, fault analysis, and calibration Welding and fabrication using a range of techniques and equipment Bench fitting and maintenance of cooling systems Promoting digital transformation across the site Ensuring high standards of housekeeping and safety Recording and communicating production, maintenance, and quality data Supporting environmental compliance and risk assessments Your Responsibilities Operate and maintain production equipment and mobile plant Assist with inspections, cleaning, and unblocking of plant systems Support maintenance teams and contribute to first-line repairs Monitor environmental conditions and ensure compliance Communicate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and emergency services Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and practical skills Experience in welding, fabrication, and bench fitting (preferred) Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities Good communication and organisational skills Willingness to learn and develop within the company Why Join Us?
