Circa £48,128 (dependent on skills & experience) Permanent / 37 hours per week / Full-time (with flexibility for part-time working) Huntingdon or Lincoln Lead capability development for process and business analysis As a Process & Business Analysis Capability Lead within our Performance team, you’ll drive the development of skills and competencies for process and business analysis specialists, embedding Lean ways of working across the organisation. You’ll manage the Centre of Excellence, maintain toolkits and templates, and lead the community of practice to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of change. This is a strategic role focused on capability building, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. What you will be doing Develop and manage competency frameworks and training for process and business analysis specialists. Design and maintain process improvement and business analysis toolkits for projects and continuous improvement. Manage the community of practice, organising events and promoting engagement. Maintain SharePoint sites and content to deliver an excellent user experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve capability offerings. Work closely with related capability leads (project, change, benefits) to ensure integrated practices. Promote Lean principles and support career development pathways for specialists. What does it take to be a Process & Business Analysis Capability Lead? Strong understanding of process improvement and/or business analysis practices. Demonstrable experience applying tools and techniques in these areas. Excellent planning, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication and analytical ability. Proficiency in SharePoint and content management practices. Desirable: Lean Green Belt, IIBA certification, strategic thinking skills. What’s in it for you?
