Job Purpose: Ardian’s Private Credit team is offering an internship in the London office to assist in the identification, analysis, and execution of potential private credit investments. Ardian’s Private Credit team is one of the largest and most active private credit players in Europe, with approximately $10 billion under management. The team consists of 22 investment professionals based in London, Paris, and Frankfurt. Job Responsibilities: Assisting in investment memorandum production, including: reviewing diligence and joining diligence calls, memo drafting and financial modelling Assisting in management of the team CRM (e.g. dealflow and pipeline tracking) Assisting in production of minutes following team meetings and investment committees Involvement in portfolio company monitoring and supporting the production of internal updates Specialised business and technical knowledge: High analytical and intellectual capability Knowledge of financial statement analysis, valuation techniques and competency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint The candidate should possess a broad set of quantitative, qualitative and interpersonal skills, and be a strong team player This list is not exhaustive and will vary depending on the capabilities of the intern and the needs of the team. Education and Experience: Business, Economics, Finance, Science, or Maths degree either completed or due to be completed from a leading business school / university.
