Pay Range Job Description Your new role… As a Principal Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in generating new clients and business for RTS. You’ll focus on building strong relationships with senior leaders across some of the largest public sector organizations in the country. This is a consultative, relationship-driven role where your ability to engage and open doors will be key to success. This is not a traditional recruitment sales role. While lead generation and business development are important, the emphasis is on relationship building, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. You’ll start with a light sales focus—primarily generating meetings and learning the sector—before moving into a more consultative approach.
