Job Overview:We are looking for a motivated Learning Mentor to support primary-aged pupils in a structured, nurturing environment. This role involves helping children engage with learning, build confidence, and develop positive behaviours. This is a temporary position, with the chance to become permanent for the right candidate. Responsibilities:Provide one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual pupil needs.Encourage positive behaviour, emotional growth, and self-confidence.Assist with reintegration of pupils into mainstream learning or structured programs.Collaborate with teaching staff, support teams, and families to track progress and wellbeing.Help plan and deliver engaging activities to support learning outcomes.Keep accurate records of pupil progress and interventions.Requirements:Experience supporting primary-aged children in an educational or mentoring role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, resilience, and a positive approach to challenging situations.Flexibility to adapt to varying pupil needs.Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or mentoring are desirable but not essential.
