About the Role We are seeking a Portfolio Manager – Fiduciary Management to join our London team. What You’ll Do Strategic Investment Advice Design and model de-risking flight-plans for DB pension schemes Conduct asset-liability modelling and portfolio construction Provide regulated advice where required Liability Modelling Collaborate with external actuaries to build and maintain liability models Adjust models for valuation updates and changing circumstances Recommend changes to liability hedging strategies Flight-Plan Management Ensure strategies remain within agreed mandates Monitor risk levels and exposures regularly Maintain tracking information using the PFaroe platform Client Engagement Deliver reports and respond to client requests Present updates and strategic advice at trustee meetings (in person or online) Represent Fiduciary Management in media and client engagements (webinars, interviews, podcasts, articles) Team & Business Support Contribute to portfolio construction, trading, rebalancing, and risk monitoring Support consultant relationships through analysis and proposals Help develop new tools, visual aids, and marketing materials Mentor and delegate tasks to support staff Actively participate in shaping the Fiduciary service and overall business strategy What We’re Looking For University degree or equivalent qualification CFA Level 2 / FIA equivalent (required) Strong modelling skills in a defined benefit pension scheme context Experience in portfolio construction and/or multi-asset investment management 5+ years’ experience as an investment consultant or portfolio manager in DB pension schemes Skills & Attributes Passion for financial markets and investing Flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset Open-minded and intellectually honest approach to investment processes Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills Entrepreneurial spirit with ambition to grow our proposition Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships Why Join Us Be part of a diverse and inclusive team where your voice matters Work in a collaborative environment that values innovation and integrity Opportunities for professional growth and development Contribute to meaningful work that supports pension trustees and fiduciary clients We are committed to building an inclusive workplace.
