I would also say that working in a hospital-based outpatient setting allows therapists to gain experience with a wide variety of patient diagnoses and we support each clinician with the ability to have 45 min. of one/one patient care time throughout the day. What I like most about working here is that I can focus on providing quality care. I can treat the patient the way I want to. Management listens, cares, and shows up but never micromanages.
