The Pharmacist is involved in clinical activities as an integral member of the health care team. Patient centered evidence based pharmaceutical care and education are major foci. Activities include pharmaceutical assessment, management, evaluation, and teaching of health professionals and students. 1. BSc. Pharmacy 2. Licensed by the Ontario College of Pharmacists or eligible for license 3. Minimum of two years experience in a hospital setting 4. Demonstrated computer skills including pharmacy systems, word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail systems 5. Demonstrated ability to function as an independent practitioner 6. Demonstrated communication, teaching, teamwork and evaluation skills 7. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning
